Reading the Data
HOW TO READ COLORS
SheetWagers uses color in two ways: overall play tiers and individual data grades. The play color tells you how we feel about the pick. The section color tells you how strong that specific data point is.
Play Tier Colors
Strong overall support. Worth reviewing seriously.
Playable, but not elite. Check price, matchup, and risk.
Weak overall profile. Usually a pass unless you have an angle.
Data Section Colors
This specific stat, trend, or matchup is positive.
Neutral or slightly positive. Not a major edge by itself.
Weak — raise caution before betting.
Example
A play can be average overall while still having green data in specific sections. The row colors show where the play is strong, neutral, or risky.
Featured Plays
Top Value Picks
When you open a preset sheet, the top 3 value picks are displayed first — ranked by tier, streak, matchup edge, and overall betting value.
On mobile, you'll automatically see cards by default — but the top value picks still remain at the top.
Two Modes
Cards or Tables — Your Choice
Card mode for quick visual reads. Table mode for sorting, filtering, and deep research.
You can customize which columns appear and sort the data however you prefer.
The Details Button
Most sheets include a Details button next to the favorite button. This opens a deeper betting breakdown for that play — including profile tags, watchouts, key numbers, matchup context, and advanced data.
Heads up — New users do not need to master this immediately. The Details modal is built for deeper review once you're ready to go past the surface-level pick.
The Details modal starts with the clean read first: tags, watchouts, and key numbers. If you want to go deeper, open Advanced Data for the full breakdown.
Advanced Data is where sharper users can dig into hitter profile, pitcher profile, handedness splits, contact quality, risk, and pricing context.
Good pairing leg, but lineup is not confirmed yet.
